Objective:
Retrofit an existing, occupied building having no existing anchorage system. Provide an anchor system for independent tie off of both suspension rope and fall arrest rope to allow compliance with OSHA and ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 window cleaning safety standards and regulations. Anchor system would also be used as tie-backs for suspended stage operations. All anchors were installed from the roof without disturbing tenants.
