Objective:
Design a suspended maintenance system compliant with OSHA regulations and ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 window cleaning safety standards. Davits will be installed to allow maintenance workers and window cleaners to access the curtain wall with a suspended powered platform. The contractor decided to install cast in place embedment plates to allow additional time to determine the required roof anchor height and to fabricate the roof anchors.
