Objective:
Design and install an OSHA and ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 compliant suspended maintenance system. Rigging sleeves (see Rigging Sleeves) were designed to allow access underneath overhangs that otherwise would have made access from the roof impossible. Rigging sleeves allow for ground rigging of suspended stages. Independent safety anchors were also designed to provide independent fall arrest rope tie-back to maintenance workers. Summit Anchor Co. also tested all equipment after it was installed by the contractor.
