Objective:
Design and install a complete OSHA and ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 compliant suspended maintenance system. Anchors were installed on a concrete parapet wall to avoid penetrations into the roof slab. Chemical anchors were used to avoid through-bolting which would leave bolts visible on the outside of the building. Anchors in the mechanical room area were through-bolted, since aesthetics were not a consideration here. Summit Anchor Co. also certified and tested these anchors after installation was complete.
